INTERIOR PAINTING

When commencing any project, especially an interior project, every step necessary is taken to minimize the impact of our intrusion on our clients' daily lives. To that end, we promptly begin and end our days at consistent times specifically tailored for your convenience. What's more, we ALWAYS clean up and remove our supplies at the end of the day for your comfort and safety!

EXTERIOR PAINTING

Exterior preparations include: (1) Pressure washing; (2) Scraping all peeling paint and sanding same with 80 grit sandpaper; (3) Caulking where necessary with Dap Alex Plus 45 year acrylic latex caulk; (4) Priming all bare areas with Zinsser’s Bullseye 1ˑ2ˑ3 primer/sealer. Following preparation, we apply TWO coats of Sherwin-Williams Latitude exterior latex paint.

STAINING & VARNISHING

For both interiors and exteriors, we apply Minwax semi-transparent stains or solid color stains, polyurethanes and varnishes. Some applications may require specialty products (i.e. decks and dockage, etc..).

TEXTURES

Comb. The comb texture is produced using techniques that create lines of various widths and shapes in drywall compound. We also do Popcorn ceiling, Knock down Sand Swirl, Slap Brush and Slap Brush Knockdown and more!

STUCCOS

Stucco siding, a type of hand-troweled masonry plaster consisting of cement, water, and sand, is a definitive feature of Spanish and Mediterranean architecture. Stuccos can be applied in various patterns and colors (from soft shades to deep earthy tones—achieved by adding dyes to the mix) to both interior and exterior walls and ceilings.
